EXCHANGE POLICY

If the item that you ordered is Sold out or Out of Stock we will refund you 100%.
If we do not have your item in stock, we will not charge you for the item. If an item is returned for exchange for another replacement item and the replacement items are sold out,  Store Credit will be issued that can be use within one year.

 

      Different Size Exchange Policy
      If you would like to exchange your item for another item, the returned item

      is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

      In the event that you require another item, BEFORE we receive your item

      back, please place another order for the new item.

      You may then send your dress back. The refund for the returned item

      will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

     

      Defective Items

      All our items are thoroughly check before shipment,

      In the event that the item you received is defective,

      you may send it back  to us (within the 5 day return period) and we

      will check the item and if found defective, we replace it free of charge. 

      Sorry no refunds, exchange only.


ARN (Authorization Return Number

Before sending an item back to Discountdressup, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (ARN).
To receive a ARN, please call 213 2218417 or email us at: info@discountdressup.com. The ARN# must be obtained from Discountdressup within 5 business days from the date of which the item(s) was DELIVERED as shown on the US Postal service website. Discountdressup must receive the returned item(s) within 7 days from the date the ARN# was issued. 

Please write the ARN on the return package under your return address.

All packages that DO NOT have the ARN# on the outside of the box below the return address WILL BE REFUSED and sent back to the sender.

Please complete and print the ITEM RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM for returns AND include this form when sending your item back. The IRAF is available online.

 

Return / Refund Policy 
As an Industry Standard for special occasion wear, we have a NO REFUND, STORE CREDIT ONLY policy. Store credit is valid for one year. 

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.

*  Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. 
*  Replacement exchange items can not be returned for exchange/refund.
*  Bras, undergarments, can not be returned.
*  Returned dresses will be inspected thoroughly and signs of wear, or any amount of smell, stains, or any missing tags will disqualify the item for exchange/store-credit. The item will then be returned at the expense of the customer.
