(Authorization Return Number
Before sending an item
back to Discountdressup, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (ARN).
To receive a ARN, please call 213 2218417 or email us at: info@discountdressup.com.
The ARN# must be obtained from Discountdressup within 5 business days from the
date of which the item(s) was DELIVERED as shown on the US Postal service
website. Discountdressup must receive the returned item(s) within 7 days from
the date the ARN# was issued.
Please write the ARN on
the return package under your return address.
All packages that DO NOT
have the ARN# on the outside of the box below the return address WILL BE REFUSED
and sent back to the sender.

returns AND
include this form when sending your item back. The IRAF is available online.
Return / Refund
Policy
As an Industry Standard for special occasion wear, we have a NO REFUND,
STORE CREDIT ONLY policy. Store credit is valid for one year.
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
* Shipping and Handling
charges are non-refundable.
* Replacement exchange items can not be returned for exchange/refund.
* Bras, undergarments, can not be returned.
* Returned dresses will be inspected thoroughly and signs of wear, or any
amount of smell, stains, or any missing tags will disqualify the item for
exchange/store-credit. The item will then be returned at the expense of the
customer.
